Ordering here is like Russian Roulette ... my pizza was delivered almost right only with extra mushrooms. When we called the woman on the phone asked if we had already started eating the pizza, which was denied. Half an hour later, a replacement was delivered and the wrong pizza was taken away again. Of course, no other compensation was offered for the mistake. The new pizza was then filled with no less than 5 broccoli florets so I would have preferred to keep the previous pizza, which was super occupied;) My friend was happy with his pizza. Perhaps some of the employees there should consider simply quitting their jobs if they really don't feel like their job.
We ordered at 6:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Of course, we have planned that this will take longer, but it is now 11:03 p.m., the store has been closed since 9:30 p.m. and no one has answered the phone for hours. Order has been paid for via PayPal. Have now made something else to eat! Money will definitely be asked back !!!
After 4 hours still no delivery and no one answers the phone .. Aufbackbrötchen are better. Super store 👎
You can understand that New Year's Eve takes longer, but wait 4 hours and nobody answers the phone. Cheek something. Never again.
We don't live in Zeven anymore, when we go back there will only be Pizza Flitza !!!

I don't know what's going on in the shop at the moment, a but the average rating unfortunately correctly reflects how the service is. My last order was missing the dip I ordered and the pizza was cold. My order today was faulty again. Ordered to pick up. When I arrived the pizza was already ready and was on the oven. I had another cold pizza in my head. However, the salad was missing. The lady complained that the colleague forgot that. The salad was made, then given to me. However, she herself forgot the drink that I had to remind you of twice. When I was at home I noticed that half of the ingredients in the salad were missing. I think that was the last time. Quality is too bad for me.
We ordered online. After 45 minutes had passed, I called to ask what the status of our order was. The telephone operator said it would take another 30-45 minutes. After an hour the pizzas arrived. But I had also ordered 3 pots of tartar sauce, which unfortunately weren't included. Grotto!!! The dough was not fully baked and there was also no salt in the dough. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't taste good at all! Second grotto !!! One star is for the friendly supplier who also politely apologized. Conclusion: I will not order again! A pity!!!!!
Catastrophe !! Online order was not processed but billed. Then order after waiting an hour Abandoned by phone. Delivery came after 1.14 hours. Pizza was wrong again a 1 hour wait. I ordered at 5:30 p.m. and received my pizza at 9 p.m.
Whoever orders there is your own fault. We have been ordering pizza there regularly for almost 20 years and have rarely had cause for complaint. But meanwhile, phew. We ordered a pizza online there at 17:27 on a Sunday evening and paid for it straight away via PayPal, which is also recommended on the homepage. Since the pizza wasn't there at 7 p.m. I called there and ... right, had a slightly overwhelmed young man on the phone who couldn't find the order. He briefly mentioned that the online orders were probably just "gone" and whether I just wanted to order them again by phone. Since I suspected that the min. I declined with thanks. Now I'm still running after the money, he didn't really have a solution for that either. Now that barrel is full for us too, which we like to put aside on the phone for 2-10 minutes, ok. That you have to repeat the order 10 times because it is so loud on the phone, ok. But I will no longer let unorganized processes ruin my Sunday. Every startup is better positioned after 3 months than this shop after almost 20 years. If you think that I'm the exception, just read through the other recessions. If you still want to order there, you better have a plan "B" that could become plan "A" about 2 hours later on the same evening ...
No wonder that you often don't get what you ordered here ... The music in the shop is so loud that you can't talk to yourself normally while waiting in front of the door. And if you then call and tell someone there that the order is not the way you would like it to be, an attempt is made to iron it at the expense of the operator, e.g. via a credit note. It's ok for me, but that can't be the solution.
Complete catastrophe in superlatives! It already became apparent when ordering by phone as a self-collection. The employee had no idea about the food on the menu and which dish is offered in which size. Tip for the employee for the next time: tell the self-collectors how long it will take before they can collect their food! When I picked it up, I got the impression of the phone. The employee at the service counter promptly turned around and, of course, without a word when I was standing in front of her, she stared at me from a distance with two other, idle employees. Another employee then probably noticed that customer contact with self-collectors is inevitable in their professional field. I ordered: pizza rolls with cheese (actually ordered in the box - delivered in the bag - sponge over it), a salami pizza with extra sheep cheese, as it turned out at home, the sheep cheese was available, but ham instead of salami and the crowning glory then the tuna pizza that was actually ordered! Tuna was on about 1/10 of the pizza on the edge, the remaining 9/10 were topped with salami (honestly, how do you get something like that without even the least talented realizing that it is completely senseless)! Since I had paid with an EC card on site and was in a hurry, I did without a receipt. The next day I was able to find out that instead of 27.36 euros, 37.36 euros had been debited (unfortunately I trusted that the employee had at least entered the correct numbers from the receipt into the EC device - my mistake! This branch is a disgrace for the Pizza Flitza chain, I'll be going to Sittensen in the future, they understand their business! I hope that someone in charge of the company will read these reviews!
Although we ordered 2 hours in advance, Pizza Flitza was not able to deliver at the requested time. Pizza came 40 minutes late and the temperature was only slightly warmed up. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time.
Even one star is too much for this juice shop. They can neither bake decent pizza, nor can they read the order correctly. No competent employees. Simply not recommended!
The taste of the pizza was ok, but that the size of the pizza deviates from the actual size is cheeky. After a telephone complaint, the delivery was prompt ... but unfortunately it was still 2 cm smaller. That is cheeky. We also had a direct comparison that there is another way. Ordered pizza of the same size somewhere else. Small deviations are ok, but they shouldn't be that big at the actual 26 cm. (In the photo you can see a decent 26cm and the smaller one from the Flitza)
The best pizza far and wide. A must for me every time I am in Zeven.

Never again. You have to be really lucky that you get the pizza delivered, all the ingredients are there and baked properly. What do you get when you wait for 2 and a half hours for the pizza and then have to cancel, because then you have eaten something else? A 5 EUR credit for the next time you ordered something and pick up the pizza and then in loading learns the one ingredient is missing. That was the last time. People Ordered where else
Value for money is top here. The taste was always very good. We usually always order the jumbo, half / half full. When picking up there's always 10% discount! ATTENTION at peak times in the evening on weekends and public holidays! Since you have to take longer waiting times in purchasing 🕟🕔🍕
